<a href=""></a>

University of Miami is a Private University and has an excellent Fine Art Program. I go down there all the time for their Art Exhibits and Performance Arts concerts.

UF is drastically cutting the budget in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the College of Fine Arts. But they refuse to cut the recreational scuba program which perplexes me because students need a lot of the programs being cut in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences but I know of no one that actually needs a Scuba course to graduate.
