I need a great idea for centerpieces that tie the “fine arts” into the theme, “Putting it all together”.

We will be doing about 30 tables and have a very limited budget. We’re toying with the idea of using puzzle pieces but have not come up with a super way to do this. The fine arts in our school include drawing, painting, band, chorus, and the theatre.

if you go with the puzzle idea, you can buy puzzles cheap at Goodwill and yardsales–even cheaper if they are missing a few pieces.

How about using what your school already has?

group together things in “collages”— like so:

a trumpet — with a sheet of music, some paintbrushes or sketching pencils, and a theater mask stuffed inside the large opening.

    good luck!
