Could I do a fine arts course?

this is a recent watercolour still life I did for AS level art- it’s unfinished but how would you rate it (0-10) in skill (feel free to criticise) and do you personally think have I the ability to do a degree in fine arts? :/

Oh my! This work is great!
Talent wise, i would say about 8 and a half..
I dont think many would say I am a very good person to say so but my mother has been an artist since she was young and now so have I.
I think you definitely have the ability. You just need to work on your own personal style. That’s mostly all a talented artist needs, something to set them apart from the simpletons. But yes you could most likely get a degree!
Besides, going and getting one will also give you a chance to get better at it. So i would say go ahead and dive into it!
